Description: The SOM i.MX6 Tecsys TS1000ARM is an embedded computer in SODIMM 200 format based on the NXP / Freescale i.MX6UL processor. The i.MX 6 UltraLite is a high performance, low power consumption processor with an ARM® Cortex®-A7 processor with operating frequency up to 696 MHz. SOM also has 4GB of DDR3, 256Mb flash memory, Micro SD card input. The SOM provides control for devices such as LCD, HDMI, CAN, JTAG, USB, Bluetooth, Sensors, Ethernet, CODECs and UART.
