Description: Tecsys-TRedess Fourth Series Medium Power is a family of air-cooled UHF Broadcasters up to 2KW, offering maximum flexibility and high efficiency thanks to the use of the latest Ultra Wide Band Doherty technology. Compact design, reliability, intelligent installation and operation, fully guided to minimize rack space and the total operating cost.
Main features:
Maximum Flexibility
Modular concept and flexible configuration.
Broadcaster, Rebroadcaster, Transposer and SFN Gap Filler functionality in the same product.
ISDB-T Standard (DVB-T/T2 available).
2xASI and 2xTSoIP inputs with seamless switching.
Embedded RF input for rebroadcast operation (optional).
Embedded GPS / GLONASS receiver (optional).
Ultra Wide Band Doherty
Amplifiers with UWB Doherty technology, delivering a very high level of efficiency and allowing significant energy cost reduction - including air conditioning.
Using the same Power Amplifier module for the entire UHF TV band: no adjustment or replacement of the power amplifier is necessary to change the RF channel, simplifying the use and reducing the costs to manage spare parts.
Compact Solutions
Power transistors using LDMOS 50V technology for higher power density.
Compact components: 1U driver, 500W Power Amplifier module in 3U and one individual 1U control unit, which reduces overall system consumption and consequently space costs in the broadcast station.
High System Reliability
Robust design.
Single drive or Dual drive configurations.
Redundancy settings 1+1 and N+1.
Interconnection of all elements of the system on a single CAN control bus, leading to greater system robustness.
Power supply redundancy in the power amplifiers.
The most intelligent Installation and Operation
Real-time digital signal processing allows to equalize the broadcast system, quickly and easily at any time, optimizing the frequency response and MER values to ensure the best quality in the broadcast signal.
Easy operation through friendly local and remote interfaces (LCD Display or WEB Server).
Monitoring equipment operation: capture of signal information and internal hardware levels, increasing control and improving corrective and preventive maintenance of the device.
Real-time visualization of the output broadcast in the Spectral Monitor (via Web server or SNMP) that allows to check the output signal of the operation center without needing an external analyzer in the station.
Self-routing capability: interconnects all station’s equipment without needing an external router.
Component standardization facilitating the supply of spare parts.
Removable hot-swap power modules through the front panel.
SD card on driver front panel for quick broadcaster setting.
