Description: The Fuse Base Monitor is compact, robust and high reliability equipment, capable of solving a major problem
for power distribution companies, allowing to find quick and practical failures in the power grid.
The detector verifies the installation position of the fuse and, through its algorithm and integrated electronic
circuits, allows to store the information comparing the current position with the stored one. If there is a
displacement in the direction of opening of the fuse switch, a spontaneous event is sent to the Distributor's
SCADA through the Sigfox communication module integrated with the equipment.
In addition to the opening detection, the equipment can check the presence/absence of electric current
passing through the fuse through sensing by the electromagnetic field
